TOUR COSTS ARE PER PERSON & INCLUDE
- Air Canada economy class travel Sydney Vancouver Sydney including Australian departure tax, airport taxes & known charges.
- 7 or 14 nights stay at The Aspens, including local tax.
- 6 or 12 day Whistler Blackcomb 2 mountain lift pass including tax.
- Group return transportation between Vancouver Airport and Whistler. Individual transfer will require a surcharge.
* The Aspens and Air Canada have imposed a 30 September deadline for group bookings.
After this date, it may be more difficult to confirm bookings at current costs, so it is
important to BOOK EARLY this year.
TOUR COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE
Conference registration fees, meals, single
room supplements, travel insurance, excess
baggage charges, ski hire and lessons,
currency adjustment or individual transfer
supplements.
CHILD COSTS
Special childrens costs vary
with age and number sharing apartments.
AIR TRAVEL SUPPLEMENTS
Air Canada flights - Economy add $110 for departure from Melbourne or Brisbane.
Business class add $3,885 ex Sydney, $3,995 ex Brisbane or Melbourne.
OTHER AIRLINES
Travelplan has special ski package fares with
Qantas and United Airlines and adjusted costs
can be provided on request.
